When should I reserve my rental items? We recommend that you reserve your items as soon as you have confirmed your travel plans. We accept reservations up to a year in advance. We can usually accommodate your reservation with a few days notice however we highly suggest that you book EARLY for rentals during holiday periods and in the summer months to ensure item availability.
What is the process to rent the CARES system? Obviously if you are renting the aviation restraint system you will need it with you when you board the plane. With a rental made a minimum of 4 days prior to your departure we can ship your CARES rental anywhere in the US and Canada for $8 and $15 respectively via USPS Priority Mail plus the cost of the rental. For more details please contact us at 210-849-9061 or mytotstravel@gmail.com regarding shipping. For rental needs requiring sooner delivery Express shipping is available for an additional cost.
Once your trip is concluded you must mail the system back. Your return shipment must be postmarked the next business day (including Saturdays) after your rental ends otherwise you will be charge the daily rental rate of $5 per day and after 5 days without the rental or further communication you will be charged the full retail price. Should you require additional days or encounter any problems contact us ASAP to discuss.
What if I need my rental order delivered in San Antonio or surrounding areas within 24 hours? Please call us at 210-849-9061 because although we do understand that emergencies arise and we’ll do our best to fulfill any last minute requests we’d like to understand your needs and ensure that we can deliver . In some cases a last minute order (less than 30 hours prior to delivery) may be subject to an additional express charge of $15.
Do you assemble or set up the crib and other items? We can assemble or set up almost all items with the exception of car seats. Due to liability reasons we can not install these.
How much does delivery cost and what areas are included? Delivery is free to SAT Airport and car rental companies at/by the airport as well as to any downtown hotel. Delivery to any other location is charged as follows: $20 inside Loop 410, $35 outside Loop 410 but inside 1604. For delivery outside Loop 1604 please contact us for a delivery quote to your location (typically charged depending on distance).
When is delivery available? We schedule deliveries and pick-ups between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mon-Sat. If you need your items delivered or picked-up any other times or on Sunday please contact us so that we may work with your schedule
Is pick-up available for the rental items? Yes, you can pick up your items by appointment. Please contact us to set a date and time and get further information.
Is my card automatically charged when I rent the item(s) online? When will I be charged? If you check-out your shopping cart on our site your credit card will be automatically charged by the end of the day. To avoid early charges you should download the reservation form and FAX it along with your card info to us. By following this route your credit card will be processed the day prior to your delivery. You may also pay with cash; however, a credit card must be used to reserve and is still required to be on file in the event of any damages. Please note your payment in cash on your reservation request if you would like to do so.
Can an order be cancelled for a full refund? Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery day will be charged 50% of the total (excluding any delivery charges). Please note however that during holidays order will be charge the full rental rate if the cancellation does not take place at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
How safe are your products and are they clean?
We are parents ourselves so we understand how important a safe clean product is to you. We thoroughly safety check and carefully clean and sanitize each product and any item that can be washed is laundered using only Charlie’s Soap safe, non-toxic, biodegradable detergent..
In reference to safety, we check recall lists weekly and visually inspect all items. |
